Spoke to my cousin in The live Oak area and have pictures of the flooding they are dealing with!
It is a mess down here. Roads are closed everywhere and people are stuck in between. Bill (her husband) is on his way here now from Gainesville. My office in Lake City is closed now that the county emergency management has closed Columbia County. Suwannee County where I live has the Suwannee River on three sides of the county. It is going to be a bigger mess as the rain is not stopping for a few more days! But... blessings are we have electricity and water! Hope YOU are well! Love, Lydia
UPDATE.
Our neighbors are sand bagging their home now. Up a block our neighbors are flooded and have pulled out the carpet in their home. Bo is south Columbia County has their yard flooded. Bill is having a terrible time getting to our house from Alachua today. He is in Suwannee County and all roads to our house are blocked so far. He is going around looking for a road to get him home.

Holy cow! That's some serious rain! Isn't there a flash flood warning for that area?
We're still getting gusts to near TS strength here and a pressure reading of 1004.7 and rising. And we're a few hundred miles away in Fort Myers!! What a HUGE windfield this storm has!
