30/1745 UTC 33.9N 77.1W EXTRATROPICAL BERYL -- Atlantic
Beryl is now an extratropical Cyclone with winds of 35mph, Chances are the NHC's 5pm advisory will be its last, and it will soon be sent to the hurricane graveyard. Beryl is deepening and its current milibar pressure is 997 and Winds may increase to 45 kts in the open ocean, before it gets absorbed by a large low. Thus, this ends one of the most intresting storm that has made landfall in years. Jacksonville got a rare hit from the east...

Beryl is making land fall and the worst bands are making their way around, I was just talking to my dad, while on the phone a roughly 50 foot tree came down in his yard smashed the dog pen im awaiting updates on what else was damaged, said the winds are gusting heavy maybe 50-60 substained around 30. This is the opisite side of the marsh from the island.

TS Berly will be making land fall (well the eye will be south of my dad) but will be making land fall near my dad in Fernandina. He will take picturs IF anything happens, Said so far it is only seeming like a Noreaster more than a TS. Said the wind is about 20-25 where he is.
Of course we have the Jax Pier live cam showing the water churning up greatly (if we can get it to play) the link below is Daytona and we have an old guy Oz who is in Fernandina as well live feeding. I am and I know a few...
Situation/Introduction to Beryl:
As of 1:30Pm EDT on Saturday May 26, The center of Tropical Storm Beryl now located off the South Carolina Coast and slowly drifitng Southwest, began to fire convection to the southeast of the center. This may be indicative of the intrusion of the dry air slowly dwindling. Last Night, At 11pm when Beryl was first designated it was a Sub-Tropical System with a shallow warm core, with convection only in the NW quadrant. Although their was strong convection, ...
